Position announcement:
Software Engineer
Software Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Thomson Reuters desktop applications on the MS Windows platform and other server-sided software on the Unix/ MS Windows platform.
Qualifications:
• Graduate from Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related field
• Experience on Microsoft Windows NT and/or Unix using C++, Visual Basic, relational database system, the Win32 API and OCX architecture
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment and/or Unix development environment
• Experience with the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model is a plus
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is responsible for designing and writing test plans, executing test cases, reporting and analyzing test failures and developing software to the testing process and creating the function and performance in software testing on a wide variety of operating systems.
Qualifications:
• Graduate from Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related field
• Experience in software testing with strong knowledge of Windows or Unix operating systems
• Experience or knowledge in Perl or Shell script, Javascript
• Knowledge in Financial knowledge is a plus
• Logical thinking, positive attitude and detail-oriented person
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
Support Consultant
Support Consultant is responsible for investigating, analyzing and classifying the technical support issues requested by Global Client
Qualifications:
• Graduate from Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related field
• Experience in Software Development
• Understand C/C++ or Java code or write SQL command
• Knowledge and skills in Linux, Solaris and/or Microsoft Windows Family
• Experienced in Oracle, Microsoft SQL or other RDBMS administrator is a plus
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
